The TYs along with Ms dos Santos and Ms Casey, organised a European Day of Languages on Tuesday, 26th September. Flags, food and a babble of different European languages could be heard in the hall!

Since the start of the new school year, many new subjects such as Climate Action and Sustainable Development as well as Drama, Film and Theatre Studies will be taught in schools during the next few years to come, as it will be on the new Leaving Cert course.
Stratford has given us the opportunity to test out one of these new subjects, which is Drama, Film and Theatre Studies.
A truly memorable Double Header of Basketball!
Stratford under 16’s recorded a resounding 40-17 win in Clogher road on Thursday, 21st September. Inspired by captain Tomer, and his double figure contribution on the boards and in baskets Stratford totally controlled the game.
The TYs headed off to Delphi Activity Centre in Co. Galway on Tuesday, 12th September amidst huge excitement. The weather is proving to be glorious making all the outdoor activities even more special!

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It will be celebrated this coming weekend with sweet foods, like apples dipped in honey and honey cake, as a wish for a sweet year. Some families also celebrate with symbolic foods like the head of a fish, pomegranates, and carrots..
